This service provides structured, one-to-one and/or group mentoring for women experiencing:

  • Anxiety and persistent stress

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Low confidence or self-esteem

  • Life transitions

  • Mental health challenges affecting daily life

  • Difficulties related to coping or functioning

Mentoring focuses on:

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Building confidence and resilience

  • Empowerment and recovery planning

  • Managing stress and overwhelm

  • Developing healthy routines

  • Identifying triggers and patterns

  • Practical goal setting

This is not psychotherapy or counselling. It is recovery-focused mentoring designed to support wellbeing, confidence and personal growth.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and delivered online.

How It Works

Book a Consultation

We begin with a free 20-minute consultation to understand what you’re experiencing and whether mentoring feels right for you.

Initial Session
If you choose to proceed with your paid sessions, we explore your goals, current challenges and what support might look like.

Structured Mentoring
Sessions focus on practical strategies, emotional support and recovery planning. Support is typically time-limited (6–12 sessions).

04

Review & Next Steps
We review progress, consolidate coping strategies and discuss next steps or closure planning.
Support moves at your pace.
